Good price. Wrong item shipped

Good price but wrong item shipped. I was able to return it to the local TSC store. They didn’t offer to help with getting the correct item so I moved on. They were able to credit my card at the store even though it was an online only item.

Order system needs work

Would have been a 5 star but never was informed that they shipped. Stopped at location only to find out they had arrived and were in the back but the store didn’t know about the order as the warehouse never marked them as being shipped and the store didn’t know about the order because they don’t see the order until warehouse release it. Manager gave me the shipment and said he would have to work on it. Did get an email a week later saying they had shipped and had been picked up. Order system at store level needs some work! I had my order number and emails confirming order but store level couldn’t see it in there system.
