Brand new broken & warped frames

Ordered 15 frames. 2 had wood broken in half. 2 were too warped to use. I contacted Harvest Lane Honey. They sent me 1 frame to replace the 4 broken ones. My attempts to contact them about this have been ignored by Harvest Lane Honey.
