Foundations/Frames Mess

The main problem is the frames/foundation. Once the bees start to make comb/honey/brood any weight they completely fall apart. What should have been an easy inspection turned into hours the first time. I ended up changing out most of the frames/foundations at that time. What a waste of perfectly good frames. I tried moving the foundations with my precious brood to a new frame which was a mess to say the least. So again today I another one fail on me with the brood on which is why it didn't get changed out the first time. I ended up putting rubber bands around all of it to try and save my brood. So once again my boxes were open a lot longer than they should have been with absolutely angry bees and me. Another issue is you can't really use a boardman feeder which is what I prefer. I was excited when I first ordered this and set it up for my new bees in Spring of 2026. I will not be buying another one which is a shame because it is a great concept.

the bee entrance does not have a slot to put a feeder into. The opening is to small to smoke the bees to harvest honey

Assembly was a fun project for my daughter and I. I wish the window cutouts were a little tighter as this may be an issue with cold winter temps.
