Not sure how good the fertilizer actually is. The bags were drenched in water and what wasn't already mush or disolved was in clumps.

Product required a lot of breaking up prior to use

I tried to break up the granules by slamming the bag several times onto the concrete floor but this was not successful. I then opened the bag and tried to break up the large clumps with a garden hand shovel but this still left large chucks of product which were too large to use. Then I took a hatchet and chopped away at the large pieces until they were small enough to break up further with my garden hand shovel. Finally, I scooped up the pulverized granules, knocked out any large pieces and dispersed the smaller granules by hand with my scoop. I should have returned the product, but I thought I would try to use it with the steps I was taking and the bag was opened and partially used. I regret my decision to purchase this product and to use it in the condition it was in.
