Get better at shipping dates.

I ordered the item with the expectation of delivery on a certain date. That date was changed and I could not use the item. I had to return the item, and I did not get my shipping back. When I ordered online there was an expected delivery date. That's why I ordered online or I would not have ordered the item. After finding out several days later that I wasn't getting the part. I had to wait until it shipped to the store a week later to cancel the order. Irritating to say the least.
