- A: Hello Rwil89. The unit is shipped on a skid with a metal frame and wrapped with cardboard and plastic to protect the product. There will be some assembly. Q: I've taken a look at the Greenworks website The 20AH batteries don't appear to be available for sale as of today's, i would assume they are the primary batteries for the mower. Will they be available soon and if so is there an estimated MSRP for them.

Should you wish to charge the smaller amp hour batteries, they will require a 60V charger sold separately. This unit carries a 4-year manufacturer's warranty. Incredibly disappointed. Do not purchase unless you have a perfectly flat yard. Practically uncontrollable going down any hill.
Batteries last just past the warranty.

Regretting buying this mower, horrible batteries

Major issues after 3 years, 6/6 bad batteries, error codes, etc. Within the first year my first of 6 batteries died. Greenworks replaced as it was still within the 3 year warranty. The next spring two more batteries died (originals) and GW replaced those. I'm now a few months past the end of my warranty and my last 3 original batteries have died. Now down to just the 3 replacement batteries. which seriously reduces my cut time.
Aside from this I'm getting error codes relating to both the electric motors that drive the cutting blades. I'm expecting that I'll have to either service or replace these motors.
Seriously wish I had found a different option.

Bought this two years ago. Bought two extra batteries marked batteries 1-8 rotate them. I have1.5 ac. I get two cuts before recharge. Love this machine have trailer great yard worker. ALL Yard tools are know greeworks
