Toro customer service is a JOKE! TSC is GREAT.

The mower is great but not as good as the TSC staff. The TSC staff saved me from returning the mower. I was 5 min into mowing and the belt completely busted. I was so mad as you can imagine bringing home a new mower and your neighbors are checking it out watching me mow then POP. The belt broke. I called TSC and the Manager was extremely kind and understanding. Without hesitation she said TSC will get me a new belt. I did not feel like it was TSC responsibility so I called Toro Customer Service and spoke to 3 different people including a manager. What a mess. Toro Customer service advised me to take it an authorized service facility for a faulty belt. It's spring time, all the Toro repair facilities are 3-4 weeks out. I ended up replacing the belt myself and it cuts great. But Toro Customer service was horrible and not helpful. I cant brag enough about the TSC staff and all their help. The TSC staff deserves a 10 star review!

Didn't get to use the mower 30 minutes without the wheel on left side locking up before I had to take it to the shop and they found water in the sealed unit and i am waiting for the shop to call me about it being done

Lost control

Within a week of purchase I finished mowing and was coming down a very slight grade to the garage and the mower sped up. I pull back on the control levers and it did not slow down until it was in reverse. The second mowing it did the same thing about half way through my less than one acre lawn. It has been at the official Toro service center for over two weeks.
No, I do not recommend this product.
