Rated Capacity is a Falsehood

Rated for 600lbs tongue weight, front of tower kept lifting in the air. There was only 250lbs of tongue weight. Large tires were absolutely useless on gravel and grassy area. Had to return. Kept shutting off also.

It works great!! Those that commented about wheels slipping. This will happen on any type of vehicle (this included) if there is insufficient weight on the power wheels. Especially if it is on a smooth surface.

Delayed delivery UPS is horrible

Still waiting for delivery, purchased on June 13 delivery has now been scheduled for June 30 absolutely no way to call UPS or talk to anybody about the delay and delivery,
delivery was originally scheduled for June 20

I have received and assembled the trailer dolly, but there seems to be a problem with the equipment. It only works when plugged into an outlet (power). It does not work on the battery. We have already charged the battery for more than 1 day; but nothing works. Please advise

No support to replace defective tire

Came with a defective drive wheel. Tire did not hold air and was smaller than the other wheel. Tractor Supply does not support this item only distributes it over the internet. Goodyear does not support this item it just sold its name to the manufacturer in China. Ironic that the problem was the tire. Could return entire item to TS but it was already assembled (took a couple of hours) and weighs 125lb so you basically have to cut it out of the box so sort of hard for UPS to pick up. Finally bought a new tire from a tire store.
No, I do not recommend this product.

The batteries were dead and would not take a charge. I tried to charge it 6 hours first, nothing. I charged it 24 hours and still nothing. I called the customer service number and couldn’t reach a live person. They called me back a day after I returned it.

This trailer dolly works very well for moving my camper around the driveway. I can park my camper without help! The adjustable ball height makes it easy to load and unload the camper from my truck. I would purchase this again! (but hope I don't need to!)

Received the dolly today very easy to assemble and is very sturdy. Pulls my 1200 lb boat in and out of the garage with ease. Very good traction on asphalt. It’s gonna save me the hassle of lining the boat up attached to my truck. You must practice the manual controls so you get used to it. 5 Stars
