Shocked that they did not ask for ID for us to pick up a $2,000 item. They said anyone that knew my name could have picked it up. Said they had no way to safeguard that not happening. YES. You could have looked at the paper in your hand and ask for the named pick up person's ID. I did ship to store for safety. Absolutely not acceptable.
