Very easy to use

It took about 20 minutes to put it all together. Once it was assembled, I was able to easily hook it up to a 3,000lb trailer and easily move it around on hard gravel. The wheels were secure and did not slip. I was easily able to maneuver the trailer behind the shop to store it out of the way. What would have been a 50-point turn with my UTV turned out to take less than a few minutes of just walking with the dolly. Great product!

Decent but several issues

The unit has potential but there are a few issues. 1. I ordered online and the box that the unit was in and shipped to the store is not adequate, there was damage and the oil leaked out had to get replacement. 2. The manufacturer/importer if you have questions, need help - Tri Global Enterprises, is not very responsive. I have to follow-up to get information vs them contacting me 3. I am using this to maneuver a 3000lb trailer, well under the max, on concrete with a slight 3% incline and I get wheel spin when trying to push over a garage threshold of 3/4 inch. It works fine just moving on flat ground Seems to work better pulling vs pushing. 4. My replacement unit has a leak in the transmission and will wait a month for a replacement part, hopefully it actually gets shipped

0perator be aware. This Unit can hurt you

This is a great tool to move trailers forward but moving them in reverse is dangerous. The dolly can and will flip up and causing injury and possibly death by tossing the operator over it an on to the trailer. This can happen quickly without warning. Once it starts to flip the speed control is in a position that will only encourage full acceleration by forcing the control into the hand of the operator while they are trying to hang on. There needs to be a stabilizer bar and wheel added to the front of this unit with a cutoff switch that will shut the unit off once weight is the rear wheel or the unit leaves the ground. Tandem axle Torsion bar axles pose a greater risk when using this unit because of their limited turning range and dragging the tires. Finally, there should not Cautions but down right WARRINGS of moving trailers backwards and the risk of the trailer dolly flipping .
No, I do not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my husband for moving our little dump trailer. He built it and was so excited for it. He had high hopes for it but as he was building it it felt like it was cheaply made. Product felt like it would easily break. It struggled with pulling our harbor freight small trailer that only had a few bags of trash in it. It was easy to charge. Looked like it would be a great product from the photos and the box.
