It helps me moving my boat

The merchandise arrived on time and undamaged. Assembly instructions were reasonable. It functioned as expected as it helped me moving the boat in and out of the garage. The price on TSC is cheaper as compared to the same merchandise being sold by other retailers. Make note that if you have to move your boat/trailer on an incline surface this dolly does not have brake.

Could Be Better

Got this to move a Yamaha 195s (19' @ 3,200-lbs) in my cramped driveway. It works fine as long as the trailer wheels are on solid ground. I have a gravel parking area off the main concrete driveway, and as soon as the trailer tires hit the gravel the SuperHandy can't push or pull it more than a couple inches. It's basically stuck and becomes unsafe since the handle side tips in to the boat (even with ball mount all the way in and centered, and my 220-lbs leaning onto the handles) I'm actually able to push it more with my body weight than with the machine.
Also, tires come fully inflated and I had to air them down to get the full tread on the concrete so it wouldn't spin the tires. They'll still spin but will begin to tip if you have traction with any resistance on the trailer wheels.
Assembly was pretty simple and the battery came fully charged. The switches on the handle are a little loose and will spin. The hex screws won't tighten any further and the screws just spin.
I'll have to learn to line up to the parking spot a little better to get momentum on the concrete and hopefully push the trailer back a couple more feet.
This just doesn't have the power needed for my situation. Seems like it should work since my gravel is pretty hard packed but probably best for concrete or asphalt only. Running the machine in gravel or dirt probably isn't going to work unless your trailer is very light.

It arrived in a box that was super beat up and barely tapped. One of the nuts for the rear wheel was severely damaged. Tried contacting handy but they have no live customer service only text and I provided an explanation and photos but no response. Now I’ll have to find a replacement nut. The product itself is good though.
