The ball height is 15.25 in. to fit a most trailers. The dolly can hold up to 600 lb. of tongue weight, giving you a powerful dolly that can safely handle your various trailers. Constructed of heavy-duty steel with a hammer tone, powder-coat finish, this dolly is built to be durable and reliable. Built with 10 in. pneumatic tires to give the trailer dolly easy mobility. The 39 in. handle even gives you additional leverage to make moving trailers a breeze. Included with this Tow Tuff dolly is a 1 7/8 in. hitch ball for simple attaching. Both the ad and on the box it came in says will accept larger couplers. That's not the case with the unit I received.
It's suitable for the smallest oupler, but nothing larger.
Looks like a good product otherwise.

Tow Tuff 600 lb. Capacity Trailer Dolly

Works as advertised. I'm using it to pull a 600 lbs wood chipper around my yard. Tires on the dolly are big enough to even pull in the grass. I also like the axle length - a solid base for turning (as long as you don't turn too sharply; will go up on one wheel). Exactly what I needed.

The weight specs on this unit are BAD. It can handle some weight UNTIL you try to turn the boat. Then the plastic wheels collapse. My Aluminum boat shows that the cheap axels squeal and bend under a few hundred pounds. DO NOT BUY THIS. IT IS JUNK.
