Terrible Customer Service

When I placed the order I received immediate date of shipment, immediately followed by shipment delayed. A day later I received another delay. I called customer service, waited on hold for an hour, was given an option to receive a return call and agreed to that. No return call so I called again, same result. I sent an email to customer service with a request to stop delivery. It took over a week to arrive and almost 2 weeks to receive any response from the Tractor Supply team. I would not recommend ordering anything from them online.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Mixed emotions on this dolly.

Mixed emotions on this dolly. It is VERY well built and powerful. But I wish they would have some add on front supports. It has so much torque that it wants to lift the back up. The tires just spin even on light gravel. Overall im satisfied with the dolly. PLEASE come out with a add on front support, I would buy it!!!!!

This is an awful product and unsafe. It will not make turns and instead it flips over. The wheels come off the ground and it does not work.
