Adult horses: feed 2-3 oz. daily to the average 1,100 lb. horse. Nursing foals: start on creep feed about 30 days after birth, mixing 2 oz. of Formula 707 with a pound of oats fed daily, increasing oats as the foal grows. Weanlings: feed 2 oz. daily along with 8-10 lbs. of oats, a pound of dehydrated alfalfa pellets, a pound of good oil meal, and 6-8 lbs. of quality grass-legume hay. A 2 oz. measuring scoop is included. For animal use only.
Daily Essentials can be fed at the full recommended amount from day one. For horses new to pelleted supplements or hesitant eaters, introduce gradually over several days. Formula 707 recommends continuous daily feeding alongside good quality feed, clean water, and adequate care and exercise for maintaining condition.
