The Fill-Rite 8.5 GPM 11 oz. Per Stroke Hand Pump is a hand-operated, economy water and chemical transfer pump that delivers 11 oz. per stroke. This fuel transfer pump and accessory bundle comes complete with a garden hose-threaded pail spout, a suction pipe, and installation components.

SD11 Lever operated hand pump

In response to LW, "Pipe to Short". My SD11 telescopes just fine into the bottom of a 55 gallon fuel drum.
My only issue is that FillRite does not supply nor offer as an option, a fuel rated 5/8" hose with a with an a "Water hose " type male hose fitting to fit the discharge nozzle thread. I am reluctant to use garden hose for fuel transfer.

I bought the Fill rite SD 11 Lever hand pump and it works ok HOWEVER the pipe that goes into the tank is to short for a 55 gallon drum might be ok for a 30 gallon drum
