I usually dont order anything online. But really needed a waterer. Went to store to buy in person. None. I really really needed it. Went online out of my comfort zone. Found on your website. Odered it. Got a date it would be delivered to store. It actually came earlier... got an email.. went to there.. i got was heater waterer!!!easy peasy...thank you for makin my first online purchase easy peasy..

We have bought several of these heated waterers. We still have the first one, which is several years old. This product is a lifesaver. Three gallons of water is a little heavy to carry but it lasts a long time. Even in the forever cold snap last month (Jan. and Feb. 2026, western MA) we never had frozen water and it was outside in the run. it was so nice knowing they had water and I didn't have to go out in the cold. We are purchasing 2 more to put out while we are on vacation in FL for 2 weeks. We have seriously not had any problems with these waterers.

Not easy to fill....

Not easy to fill. Having to unplug and turn upside down isn't easy when the cord is outside the coop. Flipping over to fill causes some to spill no matter how hard you try. Wish there was a better way to fill from top!
