$179 is a lot of money for sheet metal parts and they didn't even include the handful of nuts and bolts to connect the braces and strap to the chimney pipe.

Product worked for what was needed. However, be aware that the bolts were NOT with it! The box was in perfect condition but I had to go to a hardware store and get 15 nuts,bolts,washers to allow it to be assembled.
That’s a pretty nasty oversight when you are paying this much money for basically some sheet metal and conduit.

Product came by UPS and had a hole in the bottom of box. A part was missing. Pam in customer solutions sent a return label immediately and sent a replacement bracket kit as well. She was very helpful and i appreciate her great service.
