Enclosed scoop holds 110 g (approximately 4 oz). For added calories or weight maintenance, feed 1 scoop (110 g or approximately 4 oz) daily with regular grain ration. For skin & coat, feed 1/2 scoop (55 g or approximately 2 oz) daily with regular grain ration. Q: I have a 29 yr old gelding and i was wondering if i could mix this product with the UltraCruz Equine Weight Gain Supplement for horses as well?
2 years ago- A: It sounds like the person wants to know if she can feed two different weight supplements at the same time. Is that correct? If that’s the case, we would recommend against doing that. I’m not sure what ingredients are in the UltraCruz supplement, but each product was formulated to be a complete weight supplement and provide the horse with a certain amount of calories. Combining could potentially double-up on ingredients, which may cause nutritional issues. If the current supplement is not producing the results she desires, I would recommend switching completely to another one to try. Again, not sure about the UltraCruz supplement, but Weight Builder directions say that up to 8 oz. can be fed daily with no adverse effects.
