I use this product for 2 donkeys. The southeast could not be more different from their natural environment of the high dry plains. The damp and humid weather caused constant hoof issues. With vets advise, I started them on supplements. It took time so be patient, but the results are impressive. No more constant battle with splitting and peeling. Regular trimming and cleaning is all they require now. I will mention i keep them on full dose. The directions say you can start a maintenance dose, (half the stating dose), my experience has been too maintain full dose. That may apply to some environments, but not southeast Georgia.

Have been using this for years. My horses are barefoot so hoof health is a must. No splits or cracks. Horses love it.
