Dr. Earth Home Grown Tomato, Vegetable, & Herb Fertilizer produces remarkable results because its nutrients are released quickly, yet continue to feed for several months. This fertilizer is infused with Advanced TruBiotic, consisting of five champion strains of beneficial soil microbes and eighteen select strains of ecto and endo mycorrhizae which ensure organic nutrients are thoroughly broken down and then released in the soil for plant roots to absorb as needed. This infusion contributes to drought tolerance, enhanced nutrient availability and increased plant performance. Ideal for organic vegetable gardens, raised beds, planting containers, and compost tea, there's very little this handy organic fertilizer isn't good for.

Q: If I buy in 2023 will it still be good in 2024?

  • A: There is an expiration date on the bag, but per the manufacture's page: it is mainly for the Trubiotic Inside, but if it has not been open and kept in a fair environment (extreme heat/cold), they will last for years past that date.

    Can't beat it

    Have used this for years, haven't found anything better. It really works best if you make it into a compost tea and let those microbes get active (the bag has the ratio written on the back of the bag). I usually make the tea and feed every two weeks, because it seems each dose powers the plants for about that long. Can't beat it in my experience, no burn and big yields, absorbs easily as a tea

    No burn / safe for bees

    I use this product last season 2022 will be using it again this year. I had a fantastic harvest and never burned my plants like I did with everything else I’ve tried. I also noticed a huge decrease in my bug problem. And had three times as many bees in my garden which I attribute that to a safer product for them.
