Throughout the summer, clusters of spectacular orange-red flowers appear followed by long bean-like seed pods. Its shiny green foliage offers a beautiful backdrop to these vibrant blossoms. First, hummingbird vines can take a few years before they begin to produce blooms. Also, make sure it’s getting at least 6 hours of direct sunlight each day. You can also try using a balanced or bloom-boosting fertilizer (low in nitrogen, higher in phosphorus) to support flowering. Check that it’s not being overwatered, which can impact blooming. Plant DUDS

Very disappointed. When I picked them up I did not look at them right away. I gave one of them to my neighbor and kept two for myself. Unfortunatly the two that I kept did not grow. They were two dead plant starts. They just looked liked dead sticks with no leaves. My neighbors plant had small leaves on it. My neighbors gifted plant is growing but my two are dead. Waste of $15 for me.

Bought 2 at Tractor Supply. Planted day of purchase according to instructions. Neither have shown any sign of life . Complete duds...not dormant but DOA !
