Disappointing purchase experience

The machine did not come a proper manual, was sold to me as "new" but was rusty and according to the serial number 4 years old. I did eventually manage to get it running and it performs well but TSS was completely useless and Cadet customer service was almost as inept.

This thig is a beast!

The township plowed our street, and I had about 2.5 ft of packed snow to go through. It chewed through that snow like it was butter. I was able to clean my driveway so fast, that I helped three other neighbors dig out from this last storm (“official” measurements … 17” per local tv station).

Item got to my house one day late to begin with which is fine due to my ordering going through 2 minutes from the cutoff time of 2pm for same day delivery. Unfortunately it shows up to my house and looks like it's been used already along with rust spots! Not paying 2200 for a product they are shipping either used or poorly kept in store. Will expect a replacement after I get ahold of customer service in the morning
