Love the snow blower did not like the fax that is set in Albany New York for one week then when they finally delivered it had to actually take it off of the truck so wrong on so many levels that was so heavy

YARDMAX is a JOKE !!!

Shipped with integral parts missing. Yardmax lied to me about shipping the required parts (this was verified by their own support person). Two storms down, still shoveling, still waiting. About to return to my local Tractor Supply Store and purchase a different machine from another vendor.

Yardmax two stage snow blower

It seems to be a good product. Have not got to use it a lot yet. It did have a problem where one wheel fell off. They shorted us 3 washers for the wheel on one side. We went and bought 3 washers and it's fixed now. So whoever packaged it shorting some of the parts. The washers I mean. Other than that it seems to be a good product.

Snowblower pretty good, Tractor Supply not so much

Assembly was straightforward; about an hour. Initial starting/operation went really well. 2 issues; 'Electric start" must be plugged into an outlet, no onboard battery. Cranking the discharge chute to the left, ejects the cotter pin into the snow when the crank hits the stop. As for Tractor Supply online ordering; The entire process is woefully incompetent, NEVER AGAIN!
