We had a catastrophic experience with our brand-new golf cart from Racka (aka Coleman Powersports and Champion Motorsports). The cart had approximately 15 minutes of total drive time when the charger malfunctioned during its first charge, causing the charging cable to fuse to an extension cord. During the next use, the cart displayed error codes on the LED screen, so we parked it in our garage and did not operate it further. Approximately five minutes later, the cart caught fire, which spread rapidly and engulfed our garage and home. Our entire family, including three small children and a 95-year-old grandfather, were inside the house at the time and struggled to get out safely. This incident very nearly resulted in loss of life. The fire nearly caused a total loss of our home, requiring demolition and rebuild, along with the loss of three vehicles and most personal property. Our family was displaced for nearly two years and incurred significant out-of-pocket expenses. This was a life-altering experience for our family. We strongly urge prospective buyers to exercise extreme caution before purchasing this golf cart produced by Champion Motorsports.

This cart performs great! It has good power and goes faster than I need. Seats are comfortable and the charge last forever. I am looking into getting the new one to add to my addiction of carts. I appreciate the handles on side to help with getting into cart. Might be to hard for some folks getting in and out as it is higher up then my regular EZGO golf cart.

We purchased this from TSC. I read the reviews and instead of listening to what was said, I decided to give them a chance. Purchased it and got a hoping 1.5 miles out of it before the battery went out. Called Coleman to get it warrantied out for the batteries, wqs told I would have to find some way to ship it to a service center that they would locate. Waited 5 days before I sent off an email asking whats the status of finding a service center. Was told none near me and that they would get back to me in a week. Mind you this wqs before the 30 day TSC return window. Said dont worry about it, and I just ended up returning it. This cart looks nice, but alot of them are more than two years old before your purchase it (our manufacturing certificate said early 2023) and will give you nothing but problems from the battery. If you want to replace the battery yourself, the cheapest is $700 and the good battery is $1000. Save yourself the headache and frustration of having to deal with the Coleman or this cart and get something that has and current Gen battery in it. You wallet and mind will thank you.

Really great is very cute and really goes over gravel and loose dirt that I have in my yard really a nice little ride. The only thing I find wrong is it’s too high so I have to get someone to put a step to get into it. I’m sure I’m 5 foot.
