Racka 2+2 Seater RGC2 Lithium Golf Cart, Black

NICE LOOKING GOLF CART. Too bad the quality doesn't hold up to the looks. Bought a Racka RCG2 June 21, 2025. Minimal usage and sat mostly in winter months. April 2026 the main fuse popped and display went out. When charging the display would come on and showed 100%. Went to shop May 8. They replaced the display, then converter and kept blowing fuse and had other issues while trouble shooting. Another converter was replaced and received a call after 3 months stating the cart was finally ready for pickup. Was informed that Coleman was aware of known issues with this cart and a lot of consumers are experiencing the same issues. GRATEFUL FOR TRACTOR SUPPLY IN ACCEPTING THE RETURN.

So, here is my one-month review of the Racka lithium colf cart. So far, I really like it. It has great acceleration, plenty of power up hills, good battery life as long as you keep the accelerator off the floor! Now, the cart had 2 problems right off the trailer. First, the battery wouldn't charge. I did some quick troubleshooting, traced the wires and found one of the pins had backed out of its weatherproof connector under the cart. It was an easy fix, just used a small pick tool to reseat the pin in the connector and plugged it back in. The other problem was that the brakes were dragging while driving the cart. I verified this by jacking the front of the cart up and trying to spin the wheels. The brakes were partially applied. I was able to back off of the brake rod off the master cylinder (it's under the cart,behind a cover). A little hard to access but not bad. Problem solved. Other than some minor tweaks on some loose nuts and bolts, the cart has performed flawlessly since. Its important to remember, your buying a golf cart from Tractor Supply, not a dealer. Tractor Supply doesn't do any pre delivery inspections, it's not their job. A dealer would inspect the cart and make any adjustments or fix any defects prior to the sale. If you are at all handy, you should go over the cart yourself from front to back before you hit the road. A lot of the issues people are writing these reviews about are easily fixed with a little patience and initiative. With all that said, after a month of owning this machine, I would definately recommend it.

This golf cart is pretty great in terms of build, but the BMS and battery system is lackluster. We have been stranded twice now in this golf cart over the last 100 miles on the odometer. Both times were BMS error codes. I am also frustrated because we were a week outside of return policy and were told by Tractor Supply that they wouldn't make an exception. I'd understand if we were months outside, but it is irritating nonetheless. Now we will have to deal with Coleman on a golf cart on a warranty claim. Bummer.

IMHO I think this is a fair deal for a golf cart in 2026. Golf carts are the new norm in todays world. The unit I bought at my Local TSC was outside for over 6 mths and showed a lil patina so I asked the Mgr if they could cut me a deal and lets just say they did and it came home with me. I've only had 1 issue since new and it was the battery screen on the dash had two layers of a protective film that had glued it self to the glass and would not come off. I filed a claim with Colman powersorts and after a few emails back and forth showing documentation they sent me a new one which I installed and it work perfect. So far with only 4 miles on my until Im trhrilled and I saved some $ too. YMMV
