The new Brave BRPA385H towable earth auger is ideal for rental businesses, landscapers, and other outdoor professionals. The operator handle has a new design, allowing height adjustment with one hand. Powered by a Honda GX390 engine, the auger delivers the power and torque for most soil conditions. The tow bar is designed for quick and easy installation, and the hydraulic sight glass makes checking fluid levels simple. Effective for digging holes 6 to 18 in. and up to 48 in. deep. Non profit left without options

A few things.
1.The square drive is rare and there is supposedly a square drive to hex adaptor made by brave... Says so in the manual (including a part number)... It is nowhere to be found online. Looked for a total of 8 hours for the part and of course folks in the store wouldn't have the answer for an online purchased item.
2. There are part numbers for the brave brand bits on the TS website, no photos. no descriptions (ie length, auger size... Anything.) pretty important if they are going to make me use ONLY Brave Augers. I expect better from both companies. I run a small non profit and this has cost us so much time and effort.
3. Got a call from the store when it arrived and the guy asked if I needed it put together. I said yes, because I need to tow it home. And the guy said okay and hung up. No call back to let me know when it was ready. I had to call two days later to ask if it was ready. These guys were wonderful... That is usually the experience I have with in store staff.
No, I do not recommend this product.
