The stainless-steel cleaner and polish features a water-in-oil emulsion formula, meaning the product acts like a solvent (oil-based) without the oiliness or flammability. This pleasantly-fragranced stainless-steel cleaner also cuts through oil and grease while leaving a protective shine.
