Grill FINE, Tractor Supply NOT SO MUCH

I ordered this grill on 5/15/26 with delivery by 5/21. I never received my grill or an email stating I would not be getting it. After waiting on hold for 1 hour on 5/25 I was told I would have my grill on 5/28, NEVER HAPPENED. I placed a call to the local store and was told they had no record of my order. I called customer service and AGAIN waited almost 1 hour to speak to someone. Bottom line, they canceled my online order and sent me into the store to repurchase, HORRIBLE communication!!

Love the product. On-line purchase was easy. Customer service confirming purchase was atrocious and rude (Bree at Calimesa). Customer service at pick up was just as rude if not down right condescending (Amari at Calimesa). CSR Chad saved the day...he was helpful, polite and kind.
