Unhappy with this grill.

I have a Blackstone 2 burner model number 2435. My left burner know gets stuck and I can't turn it to ignite the grill. Also the electric ignitor is not working. It is just over a year old and 2 parts are already defective. I get it on my patio but after every use I clean it and have a grill cover over it. The grill surface is rusted a bit and even when I clean it with water and baking soda it has lost all its original sheen and surface condition is bad. I use canola oil to before cooking and still it does not hold the correct oiled surface. Not happy at all with how this grill is not all that it is advertised to be.
