I had a great experience with staff at Tractor Supply in Ringoes NJ. The product was a ship to store only. When I went to pick up the Razor 4 the box was badly damaged and appeared to have been dropped several times during shipping. When I opened the box both sides shelves hinges were severely damaged. Very disappointed. Manager at Tractor supply offered to refund my money or order another one.... I ordered a second unit only to have the same issues related to damage. At That point the refund was issued. My 5 STAR review was for the store and the staff. You really need to look at the company that you use for the ship only products. My guess is that this was a third-party shipping company that you contracted with and they didn't care about taking care of the package and representing Tractor Supply properly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This grill is the best thing we've ever owned. I love that it has a propane tank holder, it holds it very steadily. The way that it folds out to be almost double the size so you have room to set things down, it's like an outdoor kitchen! The grease trap has been a cleaning life saver. We also cooked pancakes on it and they were SO good. Also being able to just cook all of the pancakes at one time made for such an easy breakfast! I love that you can adjust the burners to cook multiple things, or not waste propane if you only need half the grill on. It's the best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my grill about 2 weeks ago and I absolutely love it, We grilled out Sunday and there was plenty of room for everything. It was easy to clean after we cooked hamburgers hot dogs tenderloin steak.
