Excellent quality and Great Griddle surface !!

I picked up my 3 burner griddle from my local tractor supply. When i got it home and unpacked it the lid had a dent and one of the back cross supports was broken. A big red paper came with the griddle and explained what to do in case of any issue. So i sent an email to customer service along with pictures and the sales receipt. A wonderful young man named Jordan H. got back to me almost immediately and said that he would take care of this. The next day he sent me an email with the tracking number for my replacement parts and said they would be there in 3-5 days. They made it on the third day. This is GREAT customer service!!! The griddle itself is very well made and the cold rolled steel griddle surface is outstanding. I would recommend this griddle especially for the price. Hard to beat.

This griddle is by far the best deal. It’s very comparable to Blackstone and almost half the price. I’ve bought 2 in the last month. One for me and one for my son-in-laws birthday. Definitely gets the job done!

New at Gas Griddles--First Time User

This being my first griddle, I have no others to compare it to, so take my review for what it's worth. Assembly was easy--the directions were clear enough--but, that said, it really takes 2 people. My son and I assembled it in less than an hour. The description says that the griddle is pre-seasoned, but I wasn't convinced, looking at it new, that that was the case. So I took the time to season it well. (Thank you, Youtube U.) Once that process was done, I started experimenting with actual cooking. Although I"ve used it several times, there is somewhat of a learning curve but, again, here's where I'd recommend Youtube, which has been a good tutor. The griddle is easy to start, heats up quickly enough, and heats fairly evenly. I'd say, as a newby, I'm still getting to know my griddle, but so far, so good. 5 stars and no complaints.
