I had been looking for a combo grill that has the right idea for a small family or couple to enjoy the full range of outdoor cooking! Still discovering and experimenting, it seems to have what I was looking for. It was, however, the second grill I had purchased. The first one, from a big-box hardware giant. The directions are impossible to decipher, there are parts completely missing until it appears later in the process, steps left out of the process so it had to be taken apart and reassembled. I could go no further so I returned it.
I want to point out that the staff at TSC Cleveland, GA made it happen. Totally patient and eager to help in ordering, delivery, assembly and general hand-holding. They went above and beyond and did what Big Orange couldn't.

Combo grill installation tips.

Super unit!! I installed it at home. Not recommended for the faint of heart. The instruction sheet wasn't much help. Lots of tiny little drawings that are really confusing. If you are not familiar with this type of work, find a friend who is, buy him some beer, and you got a chance. Example: the side burner is a separate part and installed with no gas hooked up to it. You can probably figure it out if you have some experience. Hooking up the front panel gas volume control and igniter is a bear. Next to impossible to get things lined up to screw them in place. But it can be done by trial and error, a little luck and perseverance. Once you by that, you're home free. And getting the propane tank hold-down bar to work is nuts. Throw it away and set the tank on the ground. Good luck. And don't forget that beer.
