I bought the 10 tray dehydrator about a week ago and everything is working good. I can definitely tell the difference between my plastic NESCO and the new Benchfoods dehydrator. This Benchfoods unit is very quiet and much more efficient with dry times.

This is a really great product :)
So easy to use - even the kids do it with out help.
Jerky, fruit leather . . Next we are going to do dehydrated tomatoes and eggs for our stores incase of emergency
