Backyard Chicken Health Pack is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Only natural poultry wormer in the USA... After finding a couple roundworms in a fresh chicken dropping, I searched frantically online for a natural herbal treatment for poultry worms. We are an organic farm and so do not want to use the conventional remedies. I found a great sounding herbal treatment called Verm-X, but it was only available in the UK. I finally came across the herbal & EO drops called Zyfend A (contained in the Backyard Chicken Health Pack), and I was THRILLED to discover that our local Tractor Supply Co carried the pack! I used the drops for a full week in the chickens' water as recommended, and so far I haven't seen any more worms. I will probably repeat in 3 weeks as suggested to make sure. The other products in the pack (water sanitizer drops and Nutrient tablets) are a little more difficult to use, I don't always have an extra 15 minutes to wait during chores after adding the sanitizer drops, and the tablets take longer than expected to dissolve, but I have been using them occasionally when possible and hope that they are beneficial to my poultry, especially during the stress of molting. So yes, I would recommend this product as a good all around preventative and treatment if you are looking for natural remedies for your chickens.

how is it measured into water tablets ,tablespoon, ounces or what

Asked by: jon55222
Here are the steps, as there are 3 different products in the kit. 2 of them are in bottles, that you would measure with drops. The other is a tablet. Step 1: Starting on day 1, add 6 drops of Oxy E-100 to each gallon of fresh drinking water. Wait 15 minutes. Step 2: Starting on day 1, add 1 HealthyFlock Tab in each gallon of fresh drinking water 15 minutes after the addition of Oxy E-100. Step 3: Starting on day 21, also add 6 drops of Zyfend A in each gallon of fresh drinking water for 7 days. Repeat the Zyfend A dosing every 21 days
