Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow! Egg color! I tested this product to see how my hens like it and WOW the color of their yolks turned from a dark yellow to a nice deep orange! The amount of nutrients in this Omega Egg Maker are undeniable! Get some for your flock and see the color change in your yolks! It is AMAZING!! I wish I had taken a picture of a yolk before feeding omega to my hens for comparison purposes! It’s really wonderful to know they’re getting so much from the egg maker and it’s showing!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It works We have a proximately 25 chickens. Heading into the cooler months they stop laying for approximately four weeks which was very unusual. We began to boost their feed giving them some necessary nutrients that we thought would help. Finally I decided to use the Manna Pro product omega egg maker. At the end of the first week we saw one or two eggs at the end of three weeks we were 7 to 8 eggs. Where it goes from here we shall see but it absolutely works!

Can this replace a layena feed? If so, what grains would this be mixed with to provide good nutrition for laying hens?

Asked by: wantingtoknow
No, we do not recommend replacing a layer feed with Omega Egg Maker. We recommend feeding the layer feed and Omega Egg Maker together for optimal results.

how much to mix per one pound of feed

Asked by: jon55222
Include Omega Egg Maker in one pound of feed at the rate of 0.64 to 1.28 oz. For convenience, this inclusion is approximately 2 to 4 tablespoons per one pound of feed. The larger end of the scoop included in the Omega Egg Maker bag is a tablespoon.
