The Rooster Booster Liquid B-12 Plus Vitamin K Chicken Supplement is a poultry vitamin supplement with a super-concentrated (10,000 mcg per ounce) mixture of pure B-12 in a very palatable base. These chicken supplements offer a premium source of Vitamin B-12 for all classes of poultry. With an easy-to-use formula that can be mixed in feed or administered with water or orally via syringe, these poultry supplements are simple to deliver. Comes in a 16 oz. package size.

Water, Vitamin B-12 supplement, Menadione Sodium Bisulfite Complex (source of Vitamin K), Sodium Benzoate (a preservative), Potassium Sorbate (a preservative), Sodium Saccharin, Xanthan Gum, Artificial Flavoring and Artificial Coloring.

Excellent product but poor packaging

We had a chicken that was wobbling, read that that could be caused by a Vitamin B12 deficiency, so I ran down to Tractor Supply to buy this product. Hen cured. I would give it a 5 star rating except for the &$@# childproof cap that I have to use channel locks to remove everytime I open the bottle. Plus it takes a while for the product to mix in the water.
