This American Hunter TX Edition Feeder with 6V Sunslinger includes a powder coated 'No Blow' slinger and downspout for better area coverage. With a 6 volt solar charger built-in, the feeder doesn't need cumbersome cords in order to operate. It has an adjustable feed rate (1-30 sec), and feeds 1-16 times per day so you can stay in control of how often feed is distributed. The game feeder can be programmed to feed on different days of the week so you can tailor your feed schedule to your needs. It comes with self tapping screws for ease of installation.

- A: Hi! The Sunslinger will mount onto the bottom of the feeder and has the motor already installed inside. This sunslinger has a wall with 5 holes that is the conduction wall for a spring top lantern 6volt battery to press up against. The battery will snap into place and not move around. Good deal

So far so good. Very easy to assemble (not sure why some were complaining. Its pretty dang straightforward). Uses lantern style rechargeable 6v battery and the feeder has a solar panel built in so we shouldnt have to worry about changing batteries all season. I wish they would have included a funnel for inaide the barrel so corn isnt stuck on the flat bottom.
Complaint was the barrel had serious dents so i returned it. Got another one and it wad the same. It makes the lid harder to secure.
Yes, I recommend this product.
