I've had a pair of these gates mounted on the entrance to my small outdoor boat and RV storage lot and they've held up splendidly for 2 years now to daily use. They are kept closed with a chain in the middle which is wearing on teh thin wall tubing and will probably wear through one dau but until then, these are the best bang for your buck. They don't sag easily, even after we've climbed over the gate with our 160 lb bodies a few times, and the gates still perform like new. One problem we've had is the wind blowing the gates closed while trying to drive through them. These are extremely light weight gates, and the hinges are very free and easy to move so keep that in mind. You don't want them getting caught on your trailer as you drive through because the wind blows them into it. Also, I'v used these gates and 10 ft and 14 ft gates in our suburban privacy fences to make "invisible"' gates between the fence posts. By installing the gate, then hanging fence pickets matching the rest of the fence on the gate, we've managed to create what appears to be a seamless fence from the outside, but a fully finctional drive through sized gate to allow access to the backyard.

I purchased this gate to use as the frame work for the roof of a lean-to parking garage for the Golf Cart. We attached it to the legs of the carport and, roofed it with lightweight roofing materials.
