Dead after 4 days.

TSC was absolutely awesome. Unfortunately this safe is very far from it. 4 days later and less than 10 times opening it the keypad died. Two of the three backup keys do not work. The one that does takes excessive amounts of fidgeting to get it to unlock. Obvious no go problems aside, the layout options are considerably limited and not very practical. I’ll be trying Winchester’s customer service, but I couldn’t find much but horror stories online from other people that had issues. I would absolutely not recommend this to anyone, which stinks because Tractor Supply is great and I don’t want anything bad to reflect on them.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Ordered online. Horrible customer service. Still waiting weeks after listed as scheduled. Really disappointed that they are selling products that they don’t seem to care about the execution of service/delivery. Order it from somewhere else!!!!!!
