I love this safe. Obviously, it isnt a top tier $2k safe, buts its great for what i need. TSC was Very helpful to load it. It wil not hold 36 long guns unless you purchase storage accessories, which is totally fine. The door does rattle, but a small cabinet spacer solves it. Overall, for $500, this is unbeatable. Tons of room and the door storage is excellent!

Nope. Never another Winchester safe.

I bought this model about 7 years ago, and have had a great experience with it. So, we bought another, thinking that it would be of the same quality as our older one, but the new safe is over 100 lbs lighter, cheaply constructed, and manufactured in China, instead of Ft. Worth, like the old one. I will not be purchasing another Winchester safe.

Get past the smell, good safe for the price. Otherwise, consider buying the display models so you know what odor you will receive. Tried everything, no resolution, tractor supply offered to replace but customer will have to do the work.
