Like the safe, but when I ordered from the local website thought it was being delivered from there. Charged almost 200 for delivery and it wound up coming from Indiana via Ohio, California and then Arizona. Also was told that the safe would be delivered, unpacked and set up...it was not. The person who delivered it said it was not his responsibility. He was kind enough to come back the next day on his own time and set it up for me.

I have a problem with the round cam lock not working. It takes a while to get it to move after jiggling the key several times. I had a locksmith look at it and he said it needs to be replaced.

Product was Just as expected. 36 long guns would fit but not much anything else and not if they have scopes on them. Paid all the money for shipping. What they don’t tell you is that shipping are not allowed to bring into your home. It is porch drop off only. Was very disappointed with this aspect.

My fiancé bought this safe for me and use my email address and phone number for delivery and communication I saw from the tracking that the safe was in Pennsylvania which first of all I don’t know why they shipped that way since there was a tractor supply with the safe that I want about a mile away from my address however, the delivery date kept adjusting so I called tractor supply to see if I could get an estimated time of delivery, but they said they couldn’t talk to me because my fiancé had ordered the gun safe. I told them I wasn’t looking for any personal information. I just wanted somebody to contact me to let me know when it was gonna be delivered the safe satin Pennsylvania for about a week until somebody finally contacted me the day before I was going to call them and tell them to cancel the order. The delivery company told me that they were only going to drop the safe from the back of the truck on the street and that they couldn’t bring it into the house now granted the safe is 500 pounds. They did deliver the safe at the time appointed there was one guy delivering the safe he did have a pallet jack which allowed him to drop it in my garage, but then I had to bring it into the house this experience was not what I was expecting for paying almost $200 for delivery.

Safe is acceptable for the type of construction it is fabricated. I would have preferred that all locking bolts were active, but is better than a locking cabinet. So far electronic lock working well, no issues as others have listed in their posts. Would also have preferred that the 4 active locking bolts all engage the safe body, not just the top and bottom bolts, but easily rectified. Good value for the sale price.

Just picked up a week ago and so far no complaints. I will say that you need to adjust the door once it is in it's finale resting place. I also will be adding a little more door seal to mine. The door electronic locking pin feels like it may be a little on the small side, but for the price and what you are getting it should be fine. After all a lock is simply to keep an honest person honest.

Combination doesn’t work

I actually bought two of these and I really like them except for the interior racks. I wish they offered some sort of modular interior or a rack designed to hold Modern Sporting Rifles. You can only fit about 6 MSRs with optics and even at that, they are hard to access. I'm gonna build custom racks to place in mine to hold my rifles,

Get past the smell, good safe for the price. Otherwise, consider buying the display models so you know what odor you will receive. Tried everything, no resolution, tractor supply offered to replace but customer will have to do the work.

Right size and level of security I needed and it fits perfectly in my home office.

While it’s an entry-level safe, it genuinely checks all the boxes. Even if I eventually invest in a more robust model, this one will still have a permanent spot right next to it — it’s not going anywhere (literally). Do yourself a favor and get the largest size you can comfortably afford. Just keep in mind that the advertised “36 rifles” (divide it by 3) capacity really means about 12 rifles nearly stored without them touching each other. Be sure to save 10% with local store pickup!

We really like this safe! Do wish there was an option for a manual lock, instead of everything going electronic. The safe itself is quite roomy and appears to be of good quality. Can't wait to use it!
