Quieter than the previous ash vacuum we owned. Powerful enough to get the job done and doesn't make a dusty mess thanks to the filter system. Have only used it twice so far but don't see any problems with the product yet. Shipping was fast.

Within 1 week a 3 inch tear opened in the filter bag by the rim. I noticed it the first time i want to clean it.

Vac woks great but I’ve had it 2 days

The suction power of a new vacuum is what I expected however it’s the second day and the pre filter bag shows signs of the fabric being torn, I don’t vacuum hot ash or coals so that wasn’t the problem it just seems to be pulling away. I shouldn’t have to buy a new filter since this is brand new

Great Vacuum and does a great job.

Purchased 2 years ago, overall it works great but the nomex/prefilter ripped probably within a month of purchase and I am unable to find one to purchase anywhere online.
To ensure proper use, keep filters clean. Mine pack up quickly but could be cause of the rip. I try and clamp it down with the top to prevent the rip in the prefilter to cause issue.
