The bedding was used for a green checked conure, it helped with the odor and bird was very comfortable, very little dust.

We use this bedding as cat litter. It works great.

Don’t waste your money! I’ve been buying this brand for about 10 years but it’s not like it used to be. I bought 6 bags the last time and majority of the bags were more like shavings/flakes instead of the pellets. I didn’t get to pick the bags out myself I had it delivered to me. The delivery person instead of putting them on my covered porch put them in snow by my garage door. The very few pellets and a lot of shavings/flakes have bugs in it, so I had to throw all the bags away because I didn’t know or want the bugs to cause any problems with my cat’s. The pellets have been going down quality wise for a while, this was just the last I could take of it.

Works great for our cats litter box and for our Guinea pigs.
