This lock has to be the most secure device to insure no one, INCLUDING YOURSELF, will be able to remove your receiver hitch! Your hitch will become a permanent part of your vehicle, because you will not be able to unlock it. It is a "One-time Use" product, as you will need to destroy it by cutting it off if you want to use your hitch on a different vehicle.
