Worthwhile

While similar to many other simple tongue jacks, this one has one feature not found on most others -a grease fitting to lube the gears. This may seem minor, but others I have seen (and used) have a hole, or slot, or something like that, and it allows sand/water/dirt/etc into it. This one seals it, but still allows for lubing.
As far as installation, couldn't be much simpler: Pick your spot, and clamp on.
I plan on getting another one for one of my other trailers soon.

Not usable with a cargo trailer

I bought this wheeled jack 3 weeks ago and noticed that the "clamp" system was weak at best. After readjusting multiple times I decided to try and swing the trailer tail around and the jack collapsed with little effort almost taking toes off of two of us.

Never buy
a month ago
Had this for 2 years but only occasional use. Retracted jack one day it it was stuck in up position. Put some muscle into to get it to lower and "snap!!". Removed top cap and saw broken gear. Never had more than 300 lbs on this jack at any time. Trash!

Missing Hardware

Mounting hardware was missing, description says it is included. Now it will be an ordeal to get someone at TSC to figure this out. It may be a good item, but I'll have to buy some hardware or spend a bunch of time on phone or email to get the missing parts. Totally useless in this configuration.
