The Toro 60-Volt 16 in. Brushless String Trimmer lets you choose either 14 in. of whippin or 16 in. of whoopin which means you get to accelerate performance and productivity whenever you want. You get two line options, too. Unlike the other guys, ours comes standard with a pro-grade 0.095 in. line that can handle the thickest grass and toughest weeds. You choose the speed that's right for the job. Brushless motor with RunSmart onboard intel optimizes RPMs and torque in real time, for peak cutting performance in the toughest conditions. As part of the Toro 60-Volt Flex-Force Power System, it's got power like no other that commands a full line of tools. Go from tool to tool to tool, done and done and done.

Disappointing

This was purchased by my employer. One star for low noise and one for being cordless. However, the line that comes with this unit does not stand up to grass leaving an uneven cut. Seems to do alright if youre just cutting weeds. The overall unit stands about 5'6" while I'm a modest 5'4.5". The spool is not self-feeding and the handle is not adjustable, so if youre looking for a great shoulder workout, this might be for you. It sounds like this unit is heading for a return. For the cost, I expect more than this unit is offering.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it a year ago and hated it ever since. Impossible to load the string. I have a small yard the string only lasts 2 or 3 cuttings. Don’t buy this piece of crap. Going to get a new trimmer today

Well made, solid string trimmer.

So far the battery lasts and charges as it should.
