I have had this mower for a little over a year. I am mad at myself every time I mow. CUT QUALITY: The mower does not cut all of the grass. You basically need to mow your yard twice to have a decent looking yard. I mow my grass 1 notch below the maximum height. I have tried turbo mode on/off and I have tried many different self propel speed settings. I sharpen the blades, but even brand new it would not cut all of grass. It's not missing down the center between the blades, it misses everywhere. It does not miss large patches, it misses random blades of grass so when you look out at your yard, you just see everything it missed. Yes, I do rotate my mowing pattern each time I mow. I also scrap/clean the mower after each mow, although there is typically very little build up. MULCHING: I don't think this is a mulching mower. It will not pick up leaves and mulch them. I don't mean a whole pile, just a few scattered leaves in the beginning of fall will not be touched. I believe this is a clue to the Cut Quality. The mower does not generate enough lift for the grass/leaves. I have never used the bag. SAFETY: The self propel does not disengage when you let go. Instead, you must push the mower forward to fully dis-engage. I assume this is a safety feature so if you were mowing up a steep incline, the mowers wheels stay locked so it will not roll backwards. This 'feature' will cause you to drag the mower backwards with the wheels locked when you do not have room to push forward. BATTERIES: I can finish my yard (the first time) in almost 1 battery. When the first battery gets low, everything slows down tona crawl. Now you are barely moving around your yard until the mower decides to switch to the fully charged battery. Towards the end of last year, the springs that kick the batteries up when you unlatch them had given up. I do not store the batteries in the mower, so the only time they are compressed is while in use. After mowing, sweaty hands and weak springs makes it difficult to remove the batteries.

This is garbage, it didn’t last me a good month, gears broke and I had to buy a set and realize that they were made from plastic and then after repair and used for the second time under very very light use it started making a clung sound like the blade was hitting on something

Bought this for my 1/2 acre lot. The machine is smooth and easy to assemble although intructions can be a little easier. Batteries are huge and make a lot of noise while charging. The site claims that it will cut 3/4 of acre in one charge which is totally wrong as I had to charge twice to finish the 1/2 acre lot as it drains rapidly. Maybe it is the first time charge but will see how it works later. The chargging however is quick and does not take hours to full charge. The grass cut is clean, haven't used the mulching function yet as I collected in bag. Machine has power and is quiet and smooth to operate. You need to fully engage both hands while operating the self propelled function.

I've trying to get my mower services and no one local to me will work on it. I wish I never purchased the 25 inch dual blade. It doesn't cut well. I have to cut the 2 times. Mower runs really bad when first battery gets low. So I have to power it off and move the second battery to 1 slot.
