To fill the string on this DEWALT trimmer, simply align the arrows on the bump cap with the outer eyelet holes so you can push a single 15-to-20-foot piece of 0.080-inch line straight through the middle until it's centered. Once the line is balanced on both sides, just turn the cap counterclockwise by hand, and the QuickLoad system will automatically wind the string onto the hidden spool for you. Because handling cutting equipment can result in unexpected injury, always make sure the 20V battery is completely removed before touching the trimmer head.13 days agoHelpful?
