A used/returned product was delivered as brand new

This was a Christmas present and was delivered used - please see attached pictures - no owners manual, gas already in and lid not tightened, rust on visible parts please see pictures, and it came with grass already in bag and chute of mower. I have returned this product but for my issues and time as well as other issues with this order tractor supply needs to do something to make it right - would love to talk to them about customer service and satisfaction. I received no apology from the Taylorsville NC store that delivered it. Tractor supply do better.

Worked great the first time I used it. The second time is used it the blades would not engage after about 5 minutes of use. I could see the belt was on the pulley from what I could see. I did not want to try and repair the mower myself since it had a warranty. Because I was still with my 30 days of purchase, I ended up returning and exchanging the mower for another one. I was afraid this one was a “lemon” and did not want to chance it. Plus, I did not have time to wait a week or two for warranty repairs.
Yes, I recommend this product.

This mower is super easy to set up and use. It is on the heavier side but the self propelled function is flawless and makes it very easy. Great cut and my lawn looks awesome.
