A used/returned product was delivered as brand new

This was a Christmas present and was delivered used - please see attached pictures - no owners manual, gas already in and lid not tightened, rust on visible parts please see pictures, and it came with grass already in bag and chute of mower. I have returned this product but for my issues and time as well as other issues with this order tractor supply needs to do something to make it right - would love to talk to them about customer service and satisfaction. I received no apology from the Taylorsville NC store that delivered it. Tractor supply do better.

This is a replacement for my last 6 yr old time master. It's been a great machine with very few issues. The cut is nice and wide , up hills and down and once your comfortable with the machine it maneuvers very easily.. it's been so good, I bought the same a second time

The machine operates as advertised. Best way I can describe it is like a riding lawnmower for power and cutting path width, but I’m walking instead of riding. One pull start every time so far!
