Bad Quality

I purchased this product at Tractor Supply and I must recommend them to anyone buying a lawn mower or any other products they carry. Dan and Maria were fantastic! They are not the large box retailer who don't care. I had it delivered and the self propel cable would not pull back thus could not engage self propel. In fact it disconnected from up top where you hold on to the lawn mower. I went up to the store they had 3 more and 2 of them did the same. Quality control Toro? The third did aow you to pull the self engage handle back. They deliver this one. You guessed it would not start. Toros quality has went down hill. I do not recommend this product to anyone.

Second time I used it the pull cord came out of its spindle and I am now waiting for it to be fixed.

Buy anything but a Toro

Mower blades stopped turning after four uses. Called four different 'independent service dealers' as instructed by Toro. Three refused to service the mower and one said they 'might' be able to look at it in a month. Toro has refused to do anything and each time I explain my issue they tell me to contact a service dealer. At this point I would recommend literally any other mower on the planet before Toro.
No, I do not recommend this product.
