Our last toro lasted over 15 years. My 66 year young wife mows the nearly 1 acre we have because I work out of town a lot. This thing is amazing

Toro and Briggs and Stratton suck

I bought this mower and it started to smoke and oil was getting into the carburetor. I sent it to a authorized toro shop. They said the cylinder was scorched. Sent pics to toro. They, “Toro” said I ran it while it was low on oil. First off, I’m 58 years old a know how to use and maintain a mower. I always checked the oil and replaced air filter. I also bought the warranty And that was denied as well. Not happy with Toro

Broke during first use - now fighting with Toro. Tractor Supply refuses to take care of and said must go through Toro. Probably will reverse charges

Kansas Dust Bowl!!!

After much research, I purchased this mower a little over a month ago with great expectations. After using it twice, I can honestly say I absolutely hate this mower. HATE!!! You will think you are in early 20th Century Kansas due to the dust this thing kicks up (even when the ground is not dry!). Take your Xyzol and fill your pockets with Kleenex before you even get started mowing And plan on an immediate shower afterwards.
To make matter worse, the main reason I purchased this all-wheel drive mower was due to the great reviews for how it works on hilly yards. Well if you go cross-ways on even a slight slope with the mower tilting to the left it will falter and die. Repeatedly. Even with a full gas tank.
I’m contacting TSC tomorrow to see about getting a full refund. If they aren’t able to, I will be contacting TORO. DO NOT buy this mower!
Ps - I want my 13 year old Honda back.

This is a piece of garbage, it didnt even last 2 years. The last Toro I had lasted 15 years, they are not what they used to be.
